THE RESULT

Background

I have ran a number of half marathons but have never competed in
a full Marathon.
I have been following the Hal Higdon training regime and hope to be
"on song" on the day.
I usually run cross country at the weekend with road and track training during the week.

Erskine Hospital

The hospital caters for the needs of ex-servicemen and women, based in Erskine, Scotland.
The ERSKINE 2000 appeal aims to raise £5 million pounds towards the cost of building a new hospital and extending the care service.
Visit their web site for more info.

Sponsors

Mainly my sponsors are friends, family, colleagues, the local United Services club and neighbours.
I have also received sponsorship from Mitsui Babcock Energy Ltd. for whom my partner works.
Additional sponsorship would be welcomed as would donations  directly to the Erskine 2000 Appeal.
