I have ran
a number of half marathons but have never competed in
a full
Marathon.
I have
been following the Hal Higdon training
regime and hope to be
"on
song" on the day.
I usually
run cross country at the weekend with road and track training during the
week.
Erskine
Hospital

Mainly my
sponsors are friends, family, colleagues, the local United Services club
and neighbours.
I have
also received sponsorship from Mitsui
